This program takes place over the course of about a year. Participants meet weekly to bi-weekly. The program is intense, immersive, and for people who are looking to delve deep into the work. Each classroom goes for about 2 hours.

Our foundational program that goes for 2 immersive days. The 2 days are followed up by 10 weeks of 2 hour classrooms to support bringing the work out into the participants' lives. Each individual will come out of the program with a strategy in service to what they truly care about in life. For organizations, each employee will come out of the program with an outcome that is in service to the greater vision of the organization as a function of their natural self-expression.
